Actually there should be some experience so what about your experience. im having experience around 9 to 10 years.
I’m doing barbeque apart from that we are doing crab barbeque and even fishes barbeque will be available soon.already we are doing fish but we paused it due to some reasons.we will resume it soon.
We heard that you have foreign experience too.you barbeque taste have many customers still now so what do you think about that?I always learn from many things and many failure and even here we started with 7 chicken but now we are running up to 25chicken. itll soon be increasing . it is only due to the taste.we gave our best which is equal 5 – star hotel mostly. it is mostly equal to that. can you say the exact location of the shop. it is located in pudupet , com street.it is in back side of naveens tower. So ok now due to lockdown people are staying in home. they mostly say and request that they can’t get the hotel taste of the barbeque . But in this video we have covered all the parts like cutting, preparing and making.so what are you saying to the viewers.so we have shown the best like marinating and how to prepare the masala and everything.itll be easy try it … we did the video according to our profession.
So I’ll show you how to cut the chicken.

Ok now see we have shown how to cut the chicken like cutting the pieces on different forms.
Now we have came to the important part.which is preparing and making of masala.come guys let’s see.first we’ll start with lemon juice.will now add the curd and chilli juice.grind them well. now we’ll add turmeric powder. now actually we are preparing it for 25 chicken. you people can do according to your needs. now we are adding rock salt. for giving the major taste we are adding it. now we are adding origano.which is added in pizzas.now we are adding pepper powder. for additional taste we are adding black salt. itll be available in all the shop. now we are adding ginger garlic paste. mostly use the home made ginger garlic paste for good taste.
Now mix the masala well. untill th… Many people may get thoughts and doubts… like why you people are showing in many variant…. we are showing it because many people will for the home purpose and shop purpose that is the reason of showing these variants. apply the masala fully in the holes and press it down so masala gets Inn and gets good taste. For chest piece of the chicken. we have to take the masala and apply it . manually per pieces for better taste. on butterfly flap of the chicken apply the masala perfectly and press it. while leave the chicken with masala . the chicken absorbs the masala and becomes more juizy. now we are applying the same for full chicken tooo
Now we have applied all our pastes and masalas.now what we are going to do is we are going to the second marination
First ,we have to apply mustard oil. itll give a good flavour and a spiciness.now we are going to add Kashmir chilli powder . it gives good colour and and good flavour .now we are adding garam masala and other spice . like clove and other masala.now we are adding coriander powder. Now we are adding kasturi mehti… while using it in home you can use it by grinding it. itll give a different flavour. you can add it in all your daily cooking needs. Now we adding some water. And if anyone needs food colour they can add colour powder.
Now mix the chicken well and let them marinate for 1 hour and keep it in the fridge. dont keep on the fridge after mixing just keep out for 10 mins after that you can keep them Inn.
By adding the lemon and by dipping it….. a good taste and everything came well… from the morning we have shown step by step.so actually everyone should try this…. try this and enjoy and comment down below
