VEGGIE PASTA SALAD
Dressing:
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
4 cups COOKED brown rice pasta
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup steamed chopped broccoli
1 cup steamed chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
Pop everything in a big bowl toss with dressing and enjoy!
