INGREDIENTS:
For the Egg White Scramble:
16 egg whites (3 cups liquid egg whites)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 lb turkey or low sodium ham, cubed
4 cups baby spinach
sliced avocado and/or salsa optional toppings
For the Sheet Pan Breakfast Sweet Potato Hash:
3 sweet potatoes, cubed
1/2 red onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, sliced, for topping
