– 1 clove garlic
– 1/2 red pepper
– 1/2 green pepper
– 1/2 yellow pepper
– 1 tbsp of butter
– 1 boiled carrot
– 1 boiled potato
– 9 oz (250g) of boiled spinach
– 9 oz (250g) of boiled broccoli
– 1 tsp of salt
– 1/2 tsp of pepper
– 1/2 tsp of cumin
– 1/2 tsp of paprika
– 1/2 tsp of dry cilantro
– 1/2 tsp of turmeric
– 1 tbsp of soy sauce
– 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
