Here is our twist on a traditional Filipino Mango float recipe a Drunken Mango Float or Mango Float Indulgence which is a wonderful Filipino Dessert from my Filipino cooking channel in English ( Naomi’s Filipino Kitchen)
For this Mango float recipe, we are using digestive biscuits instead of graham cracker and have incorporated Malibu into the cream and introduced a final topping of young coconut flesh – the name indulgence certainly fits this Mango float dessert recipe and its an ideal Valentine’s day dessert to share with that someone special.
I have also used digestive biscuits in this Mango float recipe rather than Graham biscuits.
Here are the ingredients for this wonderful mango float recipe:
2 mangos
15 digestive biscuits
200 ml malibu liqueur
200 g young coconut meat
400 ml condensed milk
325 ml thickened cream
3 tbsp butter
