Hey Everyone!
A lot of you guys wanted me to share my fave recipes or simple recipes for new vegetarians so here is my first recipe I’m sharing with you guys!
Of course you can add whatever extra things you like but I’m very picky and I like my food simple lol
What you need:
Naan Flatbreads – Whole Foods
Basil Pesto – Stop and Shop
Fresh Mozzarella – Stop and Shop
Roma Tomatoes – Whole Foods
Fresh Arugula – Stop and Shop
Basil Seasoning or fresh basil
Shredded Parmesan
Balsamic Glaze – Stop and Shop
1. Toast the flatbreads at 425 degrees for about 9 min or until desired firmness.
2. Wash arugula and cut tomatoes to desired size.
3. Using a paper towel, firmly press the mozzarella to get out excess moisture. Then rip up into smaller pieces.
4. Once the flatbreads are done toasting, using a spoon spread the basil pesto on the flatbread getting as close to the edge as possible.
5. Start with placing the arugula, then the tomatoes, then the mozzarella. Add basil seasoning on top or whatever seasoning you desire!
6. Cook the flatbreads for about 12 min at 425 degrees.
7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add shredded parmesan.
8. Cut into desired size/pieces.
9. Enjoy
