Easy 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Time for some delicious Chocolate Fudge that will just melt in your mouth with all that crunchy nuts, you can’t just have one… Bringing Lonavala Chocolate Fudge right to your home. Bon Appetite. INGREDIENTS to make chocolate fudge:
125 gm Dark Chocolate
25 gm Salted Butter – should be room temperature
100 gm Condensed Milk
2 tbs Chopped Cashews
Gold Varakh (Optional)
Ingredients to make Dark Chocolate Moose:
100 gm Dark Chocolate
50 gm Cooking Cream (at Room temperature)
1 cup Already Whipped Cream
Method to make Chocolate Fudge :
Melt Dark Chocolate on Double Boiler. Let it come to room temperature.
Mix butter. Keep mixing it.
Add Condensed milk, keep mixing it.
Add Cashews ( Alternatively, You may add Almond or Walnut as well).
Again mix it nicely.
Take any Tray for setting the fudge mix; Tray be greased & have a parchment/baking paper.
Spread Fudge on the tray evenly & keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
After an hour take the Chocolate Fudge out. Cut into bar shapes.
How to make Dark Chocolate Mousse:
Melt Dark Chocolate, & bring it to room temperature.
Slowly add cooking cream. This will prepare Chocolate Ganache.
Now slowly add Chocolate Ganache to Whipped cream.
Use Cut & Fold method to mix the two.
Chocolate Mousse is ready. Fill it in a piping bag with a star nozzel at the end.
Do the platting as shown in the video.
