Punjabi Mutton Curry is one of the most popular mutton recipes of India. Mutton Curry, as the name says, is made with chunky mutton cooked with aromatic spices and served as a side dish with roti or naan.

Punjabi Mutton Masala Ingredients –
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Ghee
4 Onions (sliced) ????
1 inch Ginger (crushed)
4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)????
4 Green Chillies (crushed)
2-3 Tbsp Water
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Deggi Mirch Powder
1-2 Tbsp Water
3 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp Water
1/2 Kg Mutton
1/2 ltr Water
Salt
1 inch Ginger (Julienne)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Powder
1 Tbsp Ghee
3 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Punjabi cuisine is a culinary style originating in Punjab, a region in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent, which is now divided into an Indian part and a Pakistani part. This cuisine has a rich tradition of many distinct and local ways of cooking. One is a special form of tandoori cooking that is now famous in other parts of India, the UK, Canada, Hong Kong and in many parts of the world.
The local cuisine of Punjab is heavily influenced by the agriculture and farming lifestyle prevalent from the times of the ancient Indus Valley Civilization. Locally grown staple foods form a major part of the local cuisine. Distinctively Punjabi cuisine is known for its rich, buttery flavours along with extensive vegetarian and meat dishes. Main dishes include sarhon dā saâg (a stew whose main ingredient is mustard greens) and Makki di roti (flatbreads made with cornmeal).
Karrhi is a spicy, yellow gravy with cakes made of chickpea flour (besan), containing lemon juice, red pepper and turmeric. It is commonly served with rice or naan.
Basmati rice is the indigenous variety of Punjab, and various meat- and vegetable-based rice dishes have been developed using it.
