Hot Chocolate Cocoa Bombs Recipe
{INGREDIENTS}
Chocolate wafers or chocolate chunks
Mini marshmallows
Edible sprinkles (optional)
Hot milk
{METHOD}
1. Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals (twice). My microwave is 700 watts, so if your microwave has a higher watt, I recommend setting the power to 50% before you microwave the chocolate (You don’t want to accidentally burn the chocolate).
2. Put the chocolate in a piping bag, and pipe the chocolate into a sphere mold. Fill each sphere halfway.
3. Put mini marshmallows and edible sprinkles into each sphere.
4. Cover the top with melted chocolate.
5. Put the mold in a fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Then, pop the chocolate bombs out of the mold.
7. Dust the top with powder sugar.
8. Place the chocolate bomb into a glass with hot milk and enjoy, or give them to family/friends as gifts.
