This year I am determined to grill at least once a week. It’s been difficult since we received 3 feet of snow over two weeks and it feels like I’ve spent all of my extra time shoveling the snow. I came up with a few ideas that would make it easier and avoid some of the problems associated with grilling when it’s cold.
