Please remember to not compare yourself or try and eat exactly what I eat. Everyone is different and its such an important thing to eat what is right for you! I do what makes me feel good and each day/week is different. I do not diet or restrict myself, I eat full meals that make me feel good! I also think treating yourself is important!
